Hi there,

We are excited to introduce several new improvements to our platform:

  • Enhanced Ad Server Parameter Configuration: FreeWheel macro has been updated in the Ad Server parameters section in the 'Edit events and get tags' page to avoid any potential discrepancies, ensuring more accurate reporting.
  • Detailed Weekly Date Ranges: Charts and exports now display the full date range for each week (e.g., "Oct 24 - Nov 3, 2024) instead of generic labels like "Week X," allowing users to quickly understand the exact time period for each data point.
  • Enhanced Chart Visualization: A secondary Y-axis has been added to the "Reach in Target Group + Frequency Buildup" chart for a clearer and more detailed understanding of the data presented.
  • Optimized API Report Fetching: A new API feature allows users to fetch only the most recent recalculated reports, eliminating the need to retrieve and filter through all reports and enabling direct access to the latest updates with fewer API calls.
  • Enhanced methodology for Meta and Amazon: We've improved the accuracy of frequency measurements for Meta and Amazon, ensuring better insights for your campaigns.
  • Bug fixes and UI improvements: Minor bugs have been resolved, and slight enhancements to the UI have been implemented.

Hi there,

We are excited to introduce several new improvements to our platform:

  • New channel efficiency insights: Alongside the existing “Cost per incremental 1,000 reached in TG”, we have introduced two new charts on channel efficiency: “Cost per 1,000 events in TG” and “Cost per 1,000 reached in TG”. These charts give you more comprehensive insights into how the channel efficiency for each of your channels develops over time, guiding you on when to continue and when to stop investing in your channels. Simply select the new charts from the drop-down list in the reports dashboard.
  • Expanded data in the items list: We have added three new columns to the items list: “Start”, “Last updated”, andTotal events”. These columns give you greater visibility into the timeline and performance of each item, helping you track key metrics at a glance.
  • Enhanced export capabilities: The "Distribution in segments" and "Distribution in segments by channel" pages are now available in both PDF and PowerPoint exports. This improvement ensures that your segment analysis can be seamlessly shared and presented in your preferred format.
  • New status column for campaigns and reports: We have added a status column for both campaigns and reports in the overview dashboard, making it easier to monitor the current state of your projects.
  • New on-target percentage column for campaigns and reports: We have added an on-target percentage column for both campaigns and reports in the overview dashboard to provide a quick view of how many percent of the people reached were in your target group.
  • Bug fixes and UI improvements: Minor bugs have been resolved, and slight enhancements to the UI have been implemented.
