Hi there,

We are excited to introduce several new improvements to our platform:

  • Additional author info: You can now see the author's name for a report, giving you more transparency and accountability. You can find this in the 'Created' column in the reporting overview.
  • Filter by author: You can now filter reports by the author in the reporting overview for easier navigation and analysis.
  • Overview of existing integrations: When creating a new integration, you can now see if an existing integration(s) is already in place for a particular platform. When clicking on 'Edit existing integrations', you will be redirected to the list of existing integrations of the selected platform, enabling easy management.
  • Country-specific settings: When creating a report, the country setting will now be your organisation's country by default, providing you with a more personalised experience. Previously, Denmark was set up as a country by default.
  • Sortable tables: You can sort the tables in your report by different columns, allowing you to quickly identify top performers and optimisation potentials across various metrics.
  • Bug fixes and UI improvements: Minor bugs have been resolved, and slight enhancements to the UI have been implemented.

Hi there,

We are very excited to announce that our new channel incrementality and efficiency insights are now available in AudienceReport.

With these new and groundbreaking insights, we are making it even easier for you to plan and optimise your media investments for maximised reach in your audience.

A new layer of analysis

By introducing cost reporting in AudienceReport, you can now enter the investment details for each of your channels to understand which channels are most efficient at reaching your audience.

When setting up your campaign report, you just copy your budget and estimated impressions from your media plan into the platform, which is then used in the campaign measurement.

New insights in AudienceReport

  • Investment breakdown: Understand which channels reach your audience at the lowest cost
  • Cost per incremental 1,000 reached in TG: Understand how the cost to reach your audience develops over time
  • Reach in TG overlap: Understand how your channels contribute to your total reach
  • Total and incremental reach in TG: Understand how your channels contribute to your total reach over time
  • Total and incremental reach by age: Understand how your channels contribute to the reach in different age groups

Hi there,

On top of the recently added draft and scheduled status labels, we are now introducing four additional status labels to your reports: processing, running, ended, and failed.

  • Processing indicates that the report is (re)calculating.
  • Running signals that data ingestion has started.
  • Ended signals completion, though in some cases, it may take 1-4 days post-end date.
  • Failed indicates an unsuccessful calculation with an associated error message.

Stay updated as ever before with our enhanced report status labels.

Hi there,

Enjoy a more intuitive user experience with our improved target group selection.

In the UI, you can now easily choose the age range of 75+ for all integrations (excluding YouTube) and see the 75+ age category in the standard profile breakdown. This also extends to the API and exports.

Finally, as part of this update, we have also refined the age slider, making it easier to select different age groups and manually enter ages in the input fields.
